The sunflowers are blooming, the tomatoes are ripening, and we have watermelons! Above is the garden three weeks ago... And the garden now.We had our first ripe tomato on barbecued hamburgers while watching The Return of the King. It doesn't get any better than that! The cars are on the mend, and Ryan got his Patriarchal Blessing on Sunday. A neat experience! Yes, life is sweet!
Angie, the garden looks great and productive. I love your new post, you sound so happy and that makes me very happy. I am so excited and thankful that Ryan got his Patriarchal Blessing. He is such an awesome young man!!! We are so blessed as a family and we love you all so much!!! MOM PS give all those boys and that girl a big hug and kiss from gma cindy!!!
This will be such a sweet memory! There really isn't anything like "fresh from the garden" fruits and veggies. Mmm! And then to be on the uphill with the vehicles and spiritual experiences just makes life perfect! Thank heaven for days like this! Congrats Ryan!

Ahhhhh. I just LOVE those "sigh of relief" weeks.
Your garden looks awesome - fresh veggies are the best ... and I'm way impressed with the watermelon!
What a neat experience to share with your oldest son.
